This cooling Indian dip is a great side dish for curries
Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably Chobani)
  • ⅔rds cup grated fresh carrots
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and serve immediately.
