Try this variation on cranberry relish for your next Thanksgiving or Christmas feast -- it pairs well with poultry and red meat!
Serves: 3 cups
  1. Heat water in a small saucepan over high heat until just simmering. Add sugar and let water come to a boil until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cherries and cranberries. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes until mixture is thick and jammy.
