the most delicious parking lot chicken, ever

A local Malaysian food blog, Masak-Masak, has a great post on our favorite naan and tandoori chicken stall located in the parking lot of a furniture store that I blogged about in December.  If they had this stall in the U.S., I’d bring that chicken to every single summer pool party, and I would probably be the most popular girl in all the land — at least until someone else figured out my secret.  Check it out here.

Loved it! Glad you got some good shots of their operation — every time I go, they’re so busy and it’s so dark outside that it’s hard for me to photograph it.

Glad you like the tandoori chicken post. Totally agree with the bringing of that chicken for the pool party – it’s simply awesome stuff.
