I felt pretty good after my success with bundt cake, so I made another last week for a friend’s holiday party. This is a chocolate bundt cake with a chocolate ganache glaze based on a Martha Stewart recipe. Based on Michelle’s advice from my last post, I added extra sour cream, and the cake turned out deliciously moist as she promised it would. Also, instead of using rum to the ganache for an extra punch, I was inspired to add Disaronno Amaretto based on a conversation I had with my friend John about his favorite birthday cake.
