15 whole30 recipes to kick off the new year

A roundup of 15 Whole30 recipes to kick off your New Year's resolution to eat healthier!

We’re halfway into January and here at the Grits & Chopsticks ranch, our New Year’s Whole30/paleo “reboot” is well on its way. What that means in actual terms is that I try to stay busy with a pocket full of dry roasted almonds during the day to keep me from eating ALL THE THINGS, and at night I dream about cheesy pizza and early ’90s Scott Baio. Hey, man, it’s my world — you’re just livin’ in it.

Since I’m trying really, really hard to remember the joy I experienced last time when we did our Whole30 back in June (recap here), today I’m sharing a roundup of the recipes that I posted the last time we did this crazy experiment. Based on what we ate last time, we’re headed for a month of glorious, fresh food with lots of vibrant flavor. I’m excited for that part; in the meantime, I just really, really miss cheese. And crusty bread.

But enough about me — here are 12 Whole30 recipes to kick off the new year. Happy Whole30-ing!

    Mmm, some of these look really good. I am thinking about either doing Whole30 or something Paleo and will probably try a few of these.
