New discovery: Rio Bertolini fresh spinach gnudi with a fresh tomato sauce made out of in-season tomatoes and flat-leaf parsley.  Rio provided the pasta for me make at home; I made the sauce.

You know it’s good when you actually try to justify, for one fleeting moment, why your child doesn’t need to eat any more of it for dinner (we have plenty of fruit!  he doesn’t appreciate how delicious this truly is!  I’ll give him rice!).

Of course, I gave more to the Gravy Baby in the end.  But that doesn’t mean it was easy for me to do.
